Caraga cops shift focus to riding-in-tandem criminals

Camp Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan City----- PRO13 Director, PCSUPT Rolando B Felix ordered Caraga cops to intensify operations against motorcycle-riding criminals after President Duterte removed the PNP from anti-drug operations.

Caraga cops’ interventions to hunt down these criminals include checkpoint, beat and mobile patrol operations, and coordination with other law enforcement agencies like the Land Transportation Office in the strict implementation of Republic Act No. 4136 or The Land Transportation and Traffic Code.

Felix stated that the operatives will now have more time to run after these motorcycle-riding criminals that tainted the reputation and credibility of the PNP organization. He also encouraged the public to work together and coordinate with the police to achieve beneficial results in crime prevention and control in the region.
